Born in Aotearoa -New Zealand Rachel was in Melbourne from 2011-2020 studying, then practising Horticulture, Permaculture and Landscape Design.
A permaculture internship in the Jordan Valley (2018-19) gave her practical experience of how best to regenerate landscapes following man-made desertification. Relocating to Aotearoa in 2020, Rachel is now based in Whanganui where she combines skills in fine arts, design, and horticulture to design and deliver engaging educational projects in schools, community and residential settings.
