The design for this Victorian terrace was a mini woodland. Silver Birch trees underplanted with meadow flowers, Foxgloves, Ferns and easy-care grass area.

Plane trees heavily shade this street. The challenge was the soil had become hydrophobic with large tree roots taking any moisture.
Cable location services identified all services crossing the front at shallow depths. Trees initially planned for this side were moved to the opposite corner with lawn to instead cover services.
Bricks to match the Victorian terrace house were used. raising the soil level with compost and adding Fescue turf and pop-up irrigation.
